“MY CALENDAR’S PACKED, I’VE GOT NO TIME TO AGE!”
In conversation with our favourite Perfect7 Woman.
On her age.
I’m not going to lie, I am 43 years old but I have never felt younger.
On what’s been keeping her busy lately.
From acting, I have now gone to the other end of the spectrum all together. I have been busy building our 30 year old poultry business brand and I’m loving every bit of it.
On what she can’t go a day without.
When you have multiple roles to play, life can move at a crazy pace. And I love it that way. I always start my day with a refreshing early morning workout and end it by tucking my kids into bed.
On work life balance.
Managing a home is not too different from managing a business. But if you’re feeling good from the inside out, trust me it becomes a whole lot easier. Adding Perfect7 Woman into my life has made that difference. When you make healthier life choices, life rewards you.
On her advice to working women.
Our lives can be extremely demanding, which is why I think nourishing our bodies and our core is crucial. At any age, it is natural to worry about changes to our appearance, but most women forget that well-being on the inside reflects on how we look on the outside. After a certain point, even the most perfect diet doesn’t have it all. Perfect7 Woman has the essential nutrients to make you feel younger for longer.
