It's Never Too Early to Start Fighting Wrinkles
Wrinkles are the first visible sign of ageing. You can fight them without really expensive cosmetic treatments right now.
Regardless of how old we tell people we really are, our skin will always reveal our 'actual' age. Wrinkles are one of the most outward signs of our bodies' ageing. While there are dozens of effective but expensive medical and cosmetic procedures you can turn to in order to decrease or prevent wrinkles, these types of treatments can be quite scary and sometimes even go wrong. Imagine, you could end up looking worse than when you started! Thankfully, there are also much simpler, more natural ways you can give yourself a mini-facelift at zero or low cost.
Let's start with the things that can be done from the inside to combat wrinkles. You should drink lots of water to keep the skin moisturized, and get plenty of sleep, as our bodies repair tissue during the deep sleep phase. Eating more fruits and vegetables gives our bodies more antioxidants, which makes the skin look more youthful and radiant. Salmon and other cold-water fish are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which nourish the skin. Dark green vegetables and foods high in vitamin C help the body replenish collagen.
There are also natural remedies that can be applied to the skin's surface to prevent or minimize wrinkles. Antioxidant-rich oils like olive and coconut can be applied to the skin as moisturizers. Search online for dozens of do-it-yourself facial masks made from natural ingredients you have at home, such as honey, bananas, yoghurt, lemon juice, cucumbers, egg whites and many others.
Finally, you may need to make some lifestyle changes if you really want to minimize wrinkles. Smoking and tanning beds dry out the skin and make it look older. If you can't resist the tanning bed or spending time in the sun, apply sunscreen with a strong filter to keep the skin moisturized.
We can't stop the skin from ageing, but we can slow the process. So if you want radiant, youthful and healthy skin, start taking care of it from both the inside and out naturally.

Sleeping on your side will most likely develop wrinkles on that side of your face. This is due to restricting blood circulation when you favour one side, preventing essential oxygen and nutrients from getting to some areas of your face.
