Seven Seas® Vitamin & Mineral Tonic is a vitamin and mineral supplement for children and adults, particularly during and after illness.
It contains vitamins A and D, plus Iron, Calcium glycerophosphate and important trace minerals together with a natural orange extract.
Ingredients
Syrup of sucrose and glucose, Soya bean oil, Orange oil, Butylhydroxyanisole (E320), Citric acid monohydrate, Glycerophosphoric acid, Sodium methyl hydroxybenzoate (E219), Sodium metabisulphate (E223), Acacia and Purified Water.

Dosage
DOSAGE: Adults: 10ml (1 dessertspoonful) three times daily. Women who are pregnant, lactating, or likely to become pregnant and children 3 years to 12 years: 5 ml three times daily. Children 6 months to 3 years; 5ml (1 teaspoonful) twice daily. To be taken after meals, may be diluted with water if necessary. Do not exceed the state dose. Shake the bottle. After use wipe top of bottle with clean cloth before replacing lid.
Storage
Keep all medicines out of reach and sight of children. Store in a cool place. Protect from sunlight. Store in original container.
