RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE:

Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily.

Children 5-15 years old: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily.

Women who are pregnant, lactating, or likely to become pregnant: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily.

Can be taken on its own or mixes easily with twice the quantity of milk or orange juice before mealtimes.

DO NOT EXCEED THE STATED DOSE.
