BE ACTIVE contains:

• Chondroitin: is the foundation of the lubricating fluid in joints and is needed for smooth movement
• Glucosamine: Joint tissues naturally make Glucosamine but sometimes not enough. The Glucosamine in BE ACTIVE helps to meet that demand
• Omega 3 Fish Oil: helps maintain joint suppleness
• Vitamin D Muscles and bones need Vitamin D to keep going
• Vitamin C: Collagen provides strength, resilience and support to your cartilage, tendons and bones – your body needs Vitamin C to make it.

Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl¹, Fish Oil Concentrate, Capsule shell (Gelatin, Glycerol, Sorbitol Syrup, Colours: Caramel, Titanium Dioxide), Chondroitin Sulphate prep. (Sodium Chondroitin Sulphate, Hydrolyzed proteins)², Soya Bean Oil, Beeswax, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Vitamin C, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Vitamin D Prep. (Factionated Vegetable Oil, vitamin D, DL Alpha Tocopherol).

Dietary Requirements:

This product is Free From: Lactose, Wheat, Gluten, Peanut, Treenut, Yeast, Sugar, Artificial Colours, Artificial Flavours, Artificial Preservatives.

Dosage:

Start with 2 capsules a day, later you may feel you want to reduce to 1 a day. Take our easier to swallow capsule with cold water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking vitamin and mineral supplements.
