Usage

The absorption of vitamins A & D may be reduced if colestyramine or liquid paraffin are also being taken. No other medicines or fortified infant feeds containing the vitamins A and D should be taken without prior medical consultation. Contains 3.14g of glucose and 4.69g of sucrose per 10ml dose. This should be taken into account by patients with diabetes mellitus. Do not take this product after the expiry date indicated. This product contains glucose and sucrose. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this product. May be harmful to teeth. RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. For Children (from 6 months) 2 teaspoons (10ml). Use half above quantity when feeding dried milk. Women who are pregnant, lactating or likely to become pregnant: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Adults and Elderly: 2 teaspoons (10ml) DO NOT EXCEED THE STATED DOSE. Do not take this product if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients, your doctor has told you that you suffer from sarcoidosis, or you have too much calcium in your blood. Consult your doctor before you take this product if you take: Water tablets (thiazide diuretics). Tranquillisers (barbiturates) or anti-epileptic drugs. L-Dopa (for Parkinson's disease) Side effects to this product are rare. However, if you notice anything out of the ordinary, inform your doctor or pharmacist.
