Usage

RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. Suitable for age Six months and above. One capsule daily. Twist or snip off the capsule tip and squeeze the contents into food. Do not swallow the capsule. Only the content should be consumed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking vitamin or mineral supplements. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be regarded as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
