Offer open to Great Britain and Northern Ireland residents only. To qualify you must have taken one tablet per day for 14 consecutive days. For a full refund return the outer packaging of either a Multibionta 28s or 30s Challenge pack, itemised till receipt dated between 1st June the 1st December 2010 inclusive with your name/address details and a 15 word explanation of why you are not satisfied with the product.
Till receipts will not be returned. Please write clearly the name the cheque is to be made payable to, with the address is it to be posted to. Please write “YES” if you would like to receive marketing material from Seven Seas. A cheque refund for the price shown on the itemised till receipt will be issued within 28 days of receipt of your claim. One application per household. Offer not open to Seven Seas employees, their immediate families or any associated companies and their employees. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Cheques can only be posted to Great Britain and Northern Ireland addresses.
