Terms and Conditions JointCare Money Back Promise

  1. Offer open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, aged 18 or over except employees and their families of Seven Seas Ltd, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

  2. The purchase must have been made between 1st May 2011 and 30th April 2012 inclusive.

  3. Applications cannot be made until three calendar months after the date of your purchase as shown on the till receipt.

  4. Applications must be received within four calendar months of the date of your purchase as shown on the till receipt. 
     

  5. Latest date for receipt of applications is 31st August 2012.

  6. The offer applies to the entire Seven Seas Jointcare range, subject to availability. It entitles customers, who have purchased one of the Seven Seas Jointcare range of products, to claim a refund on the purchase price of a product if they are not fully satisfied after taking that product every day for 90 days.

  7. Only one application per household. An application will be a claim for the refund of a maximum of one Jointcare product, on a valid till receipt(s). Multiple applications or applications from third parties will not be accepted. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

  8. To apply, send to  Seven Seas Jointcare Money Back Promise Dept No. 5923 PO Box 99 Aylesbury HP19 8RR (i) your name and address in CAPITAL letters in ink on a plain piece of paper; (ii) an original dated till receipt(s) showing purchase of any product within the Seven Seas Jointcare range; (iii) the packaging of the product purchased; (iv) the name of the store where it was purchased; and a statement of 15 words or more explaining why you were not fully satisfied with the product.

  9. You will receive a cheque made payable to the name stated on the application, refunding the total cost of the product as shown on the till receipt(s).

  10. Please allow 28 days for receipt of refund. 

  11. Proof of posting of your application does not constitute proof of delivery. No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for applications lost, damaged or delayed by post. Photocopied, defaced or illegible entries will deem the claim invalid and will not be processed.
