Haliborange Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
2. This competition/draw is only open for entry to residents of the UK except for employees of Seven Seas Limited, their families, agents and anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
3. Entrants must be 18 years and over.
4. Seven Seas will accept no liability for the safe delivery of the product samples.
5. If you recieved your email on 16th April to enter you need to confirm your address by 20th April and submit completed questionnaire.
6. If you recieved your email on 21st April to enter you need to confirm your address by 26th April and submit completed questionnaire.
7. Closing date for questionnaire submission is 5th May.
8. Only one entry per person.
9. The prize is £100 in gift vouchers of the winner's choice.
10. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered in whole or in part.
11. The prize draw is only open to entrants who submit the feedback questionnaire after completing the taste test.
12. 1 entry will be drawn at random and the winner will be notified by email or telephone no later than the week commencing 10th May 2010.
13. The prize will be sent by post during the week commencing 17th May 2010 to an address in the UK specified by the winner. Seven Seas will accept no liability for the safe delivery of the prize.
14. Please note that Seven Seas may at its sole discretion refuse to process any entry that contains illegible or otherwise incorrect information.

16. By entering this competition/draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms.
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Seven Seas reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
18. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
19. No promotional correspondence will be entered into. Seven Seas decision is final.
