The best time of day to take health supplements has not been scientifically proven. However we believe that it is more important to get into the habit of taking a supplement on a daily basis, at a time which suits you and makes it easy to remember. Our products are best taken with water or juice, which can be either cold or cool. We would not advise that you take our products with a hot drink.
