Training & Technical Administrator

Training & Technical Administrator 
This is a  Temporary Vancancy intially for 10 weeks

Reporting to the CI Facilitator, the candidate will work in conjunction with the facilitator to develop and deliver training packages that address both training and development to fulfil the needs of the business and maintain a motivated and skilled work force.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Identify and support training and developing needs within the Operations Function.
  2. Deliver training programmes where appropriate and ensure resources are in place for external agencies to provide this service where necessary.
  3. Organise internal trainers to ensure current plans are delivered correctly and effectively.
  4. Review training records routinely on the defined review dates, addressing the development needs that have been identified.
  5. Adhere to a training framework for all new equipment and process by reference to the facilitator, Standard Operating Procedures, supplier manuals and training courses, taking into account all aspects of Health & Safety, in particular Risk Assessments.

Person Specification

  • Ideally from a training background within a manufacturing environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint
  • Excellent Communication Skills are key to ensure success in this role Ideally qualified to NVQ level or relevant experience 
  • Must have a proven track record in delivering training to a wide audience
     

 Hours of work


Monday – Thursday  07:00 – 15.30
Friday    07:00 – 13:00

38 hours per week
